This is a record of my experience after studying the lessons and participating in the exercise contained in module 2 of the 10 part Silva Life System course.  I’m not going to get into the lesson details.  I’m not going to get into the science, or lack thereof, behind the Silva Life System. I’m only going to provide a high level overview of the lecture material and share the results of the mental exercise.  This is my own experience.  You, of course, will only be convinced by your own experience.

Module 2;  The Answer to the Secret

This module contains four lessons;

Lesson 1 – Meditation and Your Invisible Nature (Duration 09:12)

Lesson 4 – The Long Relaxation Exercise (Duration 33:31)


According to Laura Silva, (and I agree with her) meditation allows you to nourish your spiritual nature. It allows you to use your spiritual resources to come up with creative solutions to any problem.  The Silva 3,2,1 method will establish reference points that will allow you to enter the dynamic meditative state quickly and easily.


Every lesson come with an assignment.  Here is the lesson 2 assignment;

Review short, medium, and long term goals that were established on Day 1;*

This module contains a 30 minute relaxation exercise that will allow you to quickly and easily enter a dynamic meditative state that will allow you to re-program your subconscience mind with positive affirmations.


As a result of the mental exercise contained in this module, I have been able to relax my mind and body for extended periods of time.  This is something that I was “unable” to do on my own.  I was reading the Master Key System by Charles Haanel and was having difficulty completing the mind-body-thought control exercises at the end of each chapter.  I tried to remain still with my eyes closed and it lasted only 5 minutes. I tried the next day and I remained still with my eyes closed for 6 minutes. I figured I’d increase my stillness by 1 minute each day and then I discovered the Silva method and the first time I tried the free 30 minute long  relaxation exercise I remained still with my eyes closed the entire time.  The Silva method has enabled me to execute the Master Key System exercises with ease.  As a result, I’m beginning to experience positive results.

I have also been able to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.  And if I do happen to wake up in the middle of the night I can get back to sleep almost immediately. This has brought much joy into my life and my wife is a lot happier as well since I no longer disturb her sleep by constantly tossing and turning (and kicking her…see short story below).

“I once had a dream that a wild dog was running through a mall so I went and kicked him in the ribs before he bit my wife. The dog went yelping away and I said to myself (in my dream), ‘wow, that was a pretty good kick!’ My wife then woke me up and asked, ‘why did you kick me?'”
