Can the Silva Life System change your life or is it just a SCAM?  

Silva Life SystemThis is a record of my experience after studying the lessons and participating in the exercise contained in module 1 of the 10 part Silva Life System course. I’m not going to get into the lesson details. I’m not going to get into the science, or lack thereof, behind the Silva Life System. I’m only going to provide a high level overview of the lecture material and share the results of the mental exercise. This is my own experience. You, of course, will only be convinced by your own experience.

Silva Life System – Day 1

“My goal is for you to hear exactly what you need to hear in order to change your life today.” ~ Laura Silva.

Module 1; The Formula that Changed the World

Overview: The “Formula That Changed the World” consists of four parts:

1. Managing Stress Effectively

Laura Silva explains that there is GOOD stress and BAD stress. GOOD stress empowers you. BAD stress paralyzes you. With Laura’s help, you will learn to program yourself to “respond” to stress instead of “reacting” to stress. This will enable you to make stress work for you instead of against you.

2. Thinking of What You Want

Laura explains that you should think ONLY about what you want and NOT what you don’t want. “Every time you say words such as, ‘I can’t…, I don’t want…, but…, try…,should…, or have to…,’ you are engaged in negative thinking.” Thought proceeds physical manifestation; when you say something over and over again, whether it’s positive or negative, you are attracting to yourself positive or negative conditions. The process of changing how you think begins with a simple 3 step Mental Housekeeping process:

1. Recognition of the negative thought
2. Cancellation of the negative thought
3. Substitution of the negative thought with a positive thought

Here are two examples of how it works:

If you catch yourself thinking, “I don’t want to be sick!” say “cancel, cancel!” and substitute the negative thought with, “I want to be healthy!”
If you catch yourself thinking, “I’m never going to be good at anything!” say “cancel, cancel!” and substitute the negative thought with, “I’m getting better and better everyday and in every way!”

With Laura’s help, you will learn to instantly begin the process of programming yourself to think in a more positive manner even under the most dire circumstances.

3. Overcoming Your Limiting Beliefs

What is a belief? Many people aren’t really sure what a belief is. Laura says, “a belief is a statement you make to yourself about something you hold to be true and it guides your living experience.” In other words you live the life you live based on your beliefs. If you’re not living the life of your dreams it may be because of your limiting beliefs. You can change any belief by changing the belief statement. “I have so many problems and I will never be happy” to “I will solve any problem and create greater success in my life” is an example of how you can change a belief statement.

Make it a But Night

“I want to make more money but I don’t have time to go back to school.”

“I don’t have time to go back to school” is the limiting belief.

With Laura’s help you will learn a simple strategy that will help you change your belief statements into ones that will empower you to new heights.

4. Using More of Your Brain and Mind to Solve Problems

Laura explains that the Silva Method is designed to teach you to how to slow your brain frequencies to solve problems, enhance creativity, and improve health by learning to use both sides of your brain. She also explains that this slowing of your brain frequencies will allow your mind (through the power of your imagination) to project it’s sensing faculties into the past, present or even the future to get the information you need to solve any problem.

Assignment: What do you want to accomplish? Everything is possible. However, first you must set clearly defined goals. In this space, write specific short, medium and long term goals. Choose something that is desirable, believable, and can be experienced with your senses and emotions.

Short Term Goal

By the 15th day of November, 2014, I will have in my possession $2,000.00, which will come to me in various amounts from time to time during the interim. In return for this money I will give the most efficient service of which I’m capable, rendering the fullest possible quantity and the best possible quality of service in my capacity as an Internet Marketing Entrepreneur. I believe that I will have this money in my possession. My faith is so strong that I can now see this money before my eyes. I can touch it with my hands. It is now awaiting transfer to me at the time, and in the proportion that I deliver the service I intend to render in return for it. I am awaiting a plan by which to accumulate this money, and I will follow that plan, when it is received.

Medium Term Goal

By the 15th day of November, 2015, I will have in my possession $50,000.00, which will come to me in various amounts from time to time during the interim. In return for this money I will give the most efficient service of which I’m capable, rendering the fullest possible quantity and the best possible quality of service in my capacity as an Internet Marketing Entrepreneur. I believe that I will have this money in my possession. My faith is so strong that I can now see this money before my eyes. I can touch it with my hands. It is now awaiting transfer to me at the time, and in the proportion that I deliver the service I intend to render in return for it. I am awaiting a plan by which to accumulate this money, and I will follow that plan, when it is received.

Long Term Goal

By the 15th day of November, 2016, I will have in my possession $100,000.00, which will come to me in various amounts from time to time during the interim. In return for this money I will give the most efficient service of which I’m capable, rendering the fullest possible quantity and the best possible quality of service in my capacity as an Internet Marketing Entrepreneur. I believe that I will have this money in my possession. My faith is so strong that I can now see this money before my eyes. I can touch it with my hands. It is now awaiting transfer to me at the time, and in the proportion that I deliver the service I intend to render in return for it. I am awaiting a plan by which to accumulate this money, and I will follow that plan, when it is received.

Exercise: This module contains a quick (10 minutes) relaxation exercise that will allow you to quickly and easily enter a dynamic meditative state that will allow you to re-program your subconscious mind with positive affirmations.

Conclusion: As a result of this module I have been able to relax my mind and body for extended periods of time. This is something that I was “unable” to do on my own. There are four parts to the Silva Method of meditation:

1. Entry
2. Deepening
3. Programming
4. Exit

It is very easy to go through each stage; all you have to do is listen to Laura’s voice and follow her instructions. The best part is the programming part. While in a deepened state of relaxation Laura recites the following positive “genius” statements for your benefit:

“The difference between genius mentality and lay mentality is that geniuses use more of their mind and use it in a special manner.”

“You are now learning to use more of your mind and to use it in a special manner.”

“My improving mental faculties are for serving humanity better.”

“Everyday, in every way, I am getting better, better, and better.”

There are several other beneficial statements–I won’t go over them here–I’ll just say that they are very powerful. I must say I felt very refreshed at the end of the 10 minute session.

Key Points:

  • Reacting to challenges in a negative way is both stressful and childish
  • You need to learn to relax and deal with the difficult situation in a thoughtful and mature way
  • You need to constantly think about what you want and to think positive thoughts
  • You must constantly think, say, and picture what you want
  • Remember, as long as you are on a positive path you will always be getting better and better
  • To get what you desire, you must overcome your limiting beliefs
  • You need to replace any limiting belief with a positive alternative belief if you are to have any success
  • You need to believe that you are helping people by presenting your proposal to them
  • You will become a genius when you learn to use more brain and more mind
  • You can learn to draw upon the logical left side and creative right side of your brain at the same time
  • As a result of this module I have been able to relax my mind and body for extended periods of time
